Overall reported sales in Perth declined 18 per cent over the week to record 528 sales.
The decline in sales activity was felt across all sectors, with house, unit and vacant land sales dropping off 15, 21 and 27 per cent respectively.
Listings for sale
The total number of properties for sale in Perthlifted one per cent over the week, to sit at 14,260.
Listings for units and vacant land saw increases of one and two per cent respectively, while house listings were stable.
This week’s total listings figure is four per cent lower than four weeks ago and two per cent higher than the same time last year.
Perth rental market
REIWA members reported that the total number of properties for rent in Perth lifted by one per cent to 11,328.
This is five per cent higher than four weeks ago and 32 per cent higher than the same time last year.
